Fishing Resorts & Hotels in Switzerland

Arrived and found staff friendly and pleasant. The hotel lobby appeared clean and well appointed. Check in was easy, and found our room to be spacious and pretty clean. Did find a spider Webb and small spider above the window curtains at the ceiling, but otherwise no cleaning issues. Bed was two single beds pushed together, which was kind of disappointing since I booked a queen room, but we made doo and the bed was comfortable. There was A/C and I turned it down as low as possible but still felt warm. We ate at the hotel restaurant and found the food adequate but not amazing, except for the dessert, it was really good. Best part was that the hotel is connected to the terminal at Zurich Airport, so it was a quick walk to terminal check in 1. Also the hotel was very quiet with no airport noise. Good night sleep.

The hotel is located opposite the train station and there is a Metro station just by the main entrance. It is close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. My only very minor comment is that there was too little space between the end of the bed and wall. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the desk. Could the room be reconfigured to overcome this problem? I stubbed my toe on the leg of the bed a couple of times squeezing past the end of the bed.

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, requested two more towels and got them immediately. Had dinner at the chalet, Resto on location and the food was delicious. Thou be prepared for Swiss city pricing. Don’t forget that you have to pay for water in a restaurant.
