Very well located, just a few mins walk from the river/old town. Plenty of staff available, and customer service was excellent. They were very acommodating and let me store my bike in the secure locker in the car park, including storing my bike box whilst I was on the road for a few days.
Breakfast buffet was great, plentiful and lots of choice.
Only downside was that rooms don't have a/c that guests can control. Instead, it's centrally controlled, meaning that my room was only just about comfortable with leaving the window open during the day. It was borderline too hot in my room - they really do need to invest in a modern HVAC system. Other than this issue I'd give it 5/5.
