Poor quality rooms air conditioning didnt work, no bed side tables, why paper cups for hot drinks in your bedroom. Unattentive staff who would rather be on thier phones than attend to you. When you ask for champagne and get served sparkling wine as waiters think you dont know difference would never return, when you mention this to front desk oh would you like a coffee we must try harder next time, well there wont be

The hotel was good over all, but we got a room on the old wing, that was a little worn. The place of the hotel is very convenient. It is located on the ring, a few minutes from the center. From the hotel you can go on star tours in all directions.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those with a car. Parking is available. The front desk service was excellent. The cleaning of the room was disappointing. There was hair on the hair drawer.
