1 parking slot per guest in the garage. No store on site. Room leaked from the window. No a/c in the room. Was told the hotel was full so couldnt switch rooms.

The room was dusty, doors were chipped. The entire room was outdated and falling apart. Housekeeping only comes every other day. So, trash won't be picked up daily and trash bags won't be available. The pool floor is rough and tears your skin. Unable to use the tubs and jacuzzi was out of order.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.
