Service is so poor I went up and down with my 2 luggage’s because they can’t get the room keys correct! At one point they gave me a key and someone was still in it. The room they gave me was so dirty and the door will not lock without slamming it. Staff don’t care there the pool was so dirty there is dirt or mildew at bottom of the pool being alone the water was black. I will not stay or recommend that place!!!

For the price i paid i feel i got cheated out my money! Could've went to a motel. Beds are hard and old , it smells, pillows are flattened, no towels only had to ask a few times till the front desk supervisor

Granted, this property is privately owned, but as much as the rooms cost, I would have thought this place would be better kept. On the positive side, the outside breakfast area has a great beach view and a fine breakfast; but that's where it stops. Our room was anything but comfortable: from the filthy looking carpet, the AC that blew cold air no matter what we set the thermostat to, the shower that dribbled water, and hot flashes like everyone was flushing their toilets and a bed that we could feel the springs through. Oh, and our "garden view" room that overlooked the trash and jet ski maintenance shop. Not nice. and never again.

Unhealthy conditions, unprofessional staff

When I checked in they sent me to a room with BLACK MILDEW / MOLD on the ceiling by the AC vent. It was very noticable. I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and the front desk agent was not very sympathetic or apologetic at all - as if this isn't a major health concern. The next day two male "maintenance" workers (no ids) walked right into the room I was in. They had been fixing it, they explained. Yes, the AC was leaking. Yes, I had the "Do not distrub" on the door. As a female that pretty extra freaky. They seemed freaked out too as it was clearly a mistake, but still. Again, mentioned it to the front and they didn't seem to see my concern. I certainly wont be staying there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone - black stuff in the air ducts is probably a major health concern that someone should do something about besides just painting over. Yuck.

Too filthy to stay.

The hotel looked great in the photos, but when we got there, we noticed how run down, not clean at all. The wi-fi was so slow, it was useless, the room was not cleaned, we found hair in the bathroom, in the stained bed sheets and pillow case, so we had to call house cleaning service before going to bed. The ceiling was leaking, making the part of the room and carpet wet and stink. I booked a room for a family of three, but they only provided two pillows and two towels. When I asked for extra pillow, the staff mentioned there maybe an extra charge. Many things, including ice machine, elevator, was not working. We asked about the location of museums etc., since where was no we-fi, they had no idea, and were not very helpful.The location was great, and it could be a great place to stay if the owner kept it up, maintenance and clean it, provide decent wi-fi connection (or let customers know ahead of time, so they can rent a pocket wi-fi), etc.

Right on the beach. Nice pool and restaurant. Plastic chairs were broken so difficult to lounge pool side. Rooms were musty. The staff were quick to provide amenities to include servicing the rooms.

Nice little beach, but has several loud jet skis. Old, dirty facilities. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Restaurant downstairs is expensive and not good. Hotel is not within walking distance to anything.

Unpleasant stay check in at 3pm get to the room there is no Towel Fridge was unclean left over stuff inside No coffee maker nor Microwave that is noted online . I ask the front Desk said its by request and I did but my request never arrived. Not even Hand towel or Face Towel Room was smelled dirty.

The location is great, nice and private by a lovely area next to Tumon. Lovely views outside (not from my room) and the hotel would be a classic if it were fixed up a bit. So much charm...I hope they restore it.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rust in the tub, stained carpets, cigarette burns on the night stand, cockroaches. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. The staff were pleasant but ineffective.

Hotel at great location. Beautiful outdoor dining and bar. Rooms need renovation. Carpet is nasty. Furniture old and worn out. Dryer, elevator, outside beach showers, you name it all broke or down to only one working. Not even a coffee pot in room.

Take your own clock, soap, wash cloth, & enjoy

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. When asked for a wake up call he said he was unable to do that but he would knock at my door. I said I'd just set the alarm and he said there wasn't a clock in the room. Eeek. My phone was not charged (my fault) and my cord was at the airport in my luggage (my fault) So we made a plan for him to knock at 4:45 a.m. and he was right on the dot. He couldn't give me a wake up call because there was no phone in the room either. No soap, but there was a toothbrush. No washcloths, but there was a pool towel. The water was warm, pressure ok, but the lever for the shower was corroded, so there was no shower. I stayed there about 13 years ago and it was nice, so I paid extra to stay there this time. Don't.....but then I've heard stories about the other places too. At least the elderly man at the desk was dependable and nice.
