Everyone on the staff was wonderful. Julia checked us in. She realized that we share the same birthday. Katerina Trainer checker is out and was equally attentive. Everyone from the front desk team, security team, bell staff, room service team, shuttle drivers, housekeeping team, and restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate the manager finding a room with a view for our little dog. That gesture made all the difference for us to enjoy our stay.
