Adventure Sport Hotels in Essex

As a family of four with one young child and an older one, when we arrived I was a bit shocked that the kids bed hadn’t been made up, given it was after 8pm and the hotel knew this, this was an issue - further more there was no bedding which meant I had to go to reception as the phone had a problem to attempt to resolve, the lady who helped was lovely, but shouldn’t have been put in this situation to start with. Ten minutes turned into 25 still no knock and kids now beyond tired.. when I did manage to fix the phone oh we’re really busy, shocking and I expected more having stayed at a number of properties with Hilton shame this didn’t match the same high standards. When the knock came the chap was lovely gave the bedding then left.. so we then spent a further period making bed, putting sheets on duvets etc - I feel like I should have been the one paid for the night not the other way around. Won’t be rushing to book - wish I’d stayed at the Radsison

WiFi was bad , from the first day I arrived the toilet couldn’t even flush , I talked to staff but never did anything about … worst experience ever

Dinner was tasty
