PROS: Staff (concierge, valet, general) were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable; room was clean and fresh. Meal package was well worth the price with great views, great staff and great food (actual chefs in the kitchen)!
CON: The bank staff onsite was rude, abrasive, not well organized and took forever for the simplest transactions, there would be tellers doing seeminglynothing while one person tends the line out the door, the atm just outside the hotels bank did not work, I almost deducted a star for this but the great service elsewhere in the hotel made up for it.
