Got the worst rooms facing a parking lot. Tv was not working in our room. Called reception to send someone to fix it. No one came. Extra towels and pillows were requested several times, in person at reception and by calling 4 to 5 times. No one responded to the request duringbour 3 day stay. None of the restaurants were available to book. Only one the turkish restaurant and we arrived on time. But they told us they cannot take order till enire party is at the table. Terrible service on a holiday. Staff at cocierge counter were rude and the restaurant reservation person was extremely rude. The propety does not feel like a Hilton. The management has no customer service rules. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was our first visit to Curacao, and was very disappointing.

The room was clean but ac was not as cold. Not many staff in the bars. Pool was decent. Food in the buffet was good for breakfast but not for diner. Food does not stay warm. Reservations to the restaurants are a must as soon as you arrive, gets full quickly. Rent a car to explore beaches to the west, it’s magnificent!
