Very beautiful resort. Definitely on the quiet side but location was very convenient to the whole island. Only caution was resort does not supply feminine products, had to go out and purchase. Aside from that it was amazing.

We recently traveled to the Caribbean for the first time as a family (my spouse and our two daughters), and I chose a Marriott property expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay, especially since it coincided with my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Despite it not being high season, our check-in was delayed significantly. As a family traveling with children, it would have been appreciated if some flexibility had been shown. Initially, we were assigned a first-floor room with a view of the adults-only pool — not ideal for a family. After requesting a change, we were moved to a second-floor room with a backyard view. It felt like our special day was not taken into consideration at all. On my birthday, the hotel made no acknowledgment. A day later, after realizing the oversight, a waiter brought me a leftover cake intended for a different guest — a gesture that honestly felt more insulting than thoughtful. This was my 5th or 6th stay at a Marriott, and unfortunately, the front desk staff at this location were by far the least welcoming or accommodating I’ve experienced. While the beach and pool areas were enjoyable, the restaurant prices were high compared to the portion sizes and quality — except for the poolside menu available until 6 PM, which was quite good. Lastly, the room layout left a lot to be desired. The oversized bathrooms at the expense of closet space and bedroom comfort felt like a strange design choice — not practical for families.

Disappointed with ci in. Tried to give substandard view not ov as paid for. Didn’t give water bottles at ck in, like everyone else, had to ask. Did not have robes and slippers, had to ask. Quiet zone at serenity pool not enforced. Food inconsistent at salty iguana, finally got a good meal thanks to Kristina and Ericsson. Thank you. Property was great!

The food was really good and there were several options to dine at the hotel. Breakfast was really nice; the ladies that helped at the omelette stations were fantastic. The cleaness of the room was not really good, we had to call several times to get it properly cleaned. Servie at the beach and pool was excellent. The kids had a wonderful time. concierge service could be better. Hertz rent a car was very helpful People at the little grocery store were super super nice! They were super nice helping me with different flavored coffees!

Property was gorgeous, beach stunning and staff the friendliest around. Please add a book drop/exchange, maybe at the towel hut. I’ve stayed at several other hotels that do this. Great way to leave behind books I’ve read and don’t want to take home.

A wonderful family experience! The resort was beautiful and clean. Facilities well maintained. The staff were very friendly especially Lyn at Salty Iguana Grill! The Papimiento Marketplace was convenient to grab a quick breakfast in the morning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were loud fireworks late at night one evening, and a loud band playing until 10pm on another. If it were just my spouse and I that would be different, but when you are traveling with kids, these things matter.

Great room and beach. Cleaners need improvement

The room upgrade was a great surprise and the service was good. My only complaint is that they only cleaned my room one time in 4 nights.
