The location was very convenient. The family room was spacious and clean.
The only thing that needs major improvement was the room service food. We ordered room service on a rainy night. It was super expensive (over 500 yuan for four simple items) and tasted terrible. For that price, you would expect decent food. It was the worst meal we had in Shanghai.
We can’t order food delivery because we don’t have a local phone number. We ask staff for the hotel number for delivery but didn’t work and we didn’t really get much help so we ended up ordering room service.
