Hotels on the River in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo offered a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Their service was consistently good, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist with any questions or needs. Our room was clean and remarkably roomy, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, making our stay feel much more like a home away from home. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start our day. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. While not right in the heart of the action, it's only about a 15-minute walk to the charming Old Town, making it easily accessible for sightseeing and dining. This slight distance also meant a quieter atmosphere, which we appreciated.

Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get quite numb sleeping on these beds. Same feedback from rest of family! Overall, highly recommended!
