A very good stay. The rooms were spotless and quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful with getting us taxis and any other help we required. Breakfast was great and the location can't be beat.

This was a great location just outside the old centre of Sarajevo, but only a few minutes walk. The room was very comfortable and we had booked a room which had a balcony which would have been lovely in slightly warmer months. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet was included, running from 6:30 until about 10:00, which was great. There was a really good selection for breakfast.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It was quiet, staff were friendly. It was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. The hotel is across the river from the Old Town but only five minutes’ walk from the pedestrian streets. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Clean nice big room. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Individual sauna works until late at night which I personally enjoyed. Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the old town.

Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.
