From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great.
Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort.
If you are scheduled excursions, make it easy and use the resort as there is minimal savings to search it somewhere else.
Take advantage of the morning coffee and walk to a breakfast stand for a fry jack breakfast, you will not be disappointed.
