We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Kimberly at the front desk was absolutely amazing—so professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help us, even arranging a room upgrade. The entire stay was comfortable, and we felt really valued as guests. Highly recommend! In addition, Manuel from the bar was so nice that help us celebrate both of our birthdays. He was friendly and so engaged practicing his Spanish.. Simply the best Hotel staying.. A++
