Pros: Comfortable bed | Power / USB sockets were in the right places | Bluetooth speaker / table! | Kitchen including benchtop space | Big room | Soothing bathroom design with rainforest wallpaper and rain shower | Washers and dryers (3 EUR per wash / dry) downstairs came in very handy | Free coffee from machines on ground floor 7am-4pm | 5min walk from tram stop 15min away from Wien Hauptbahnhof Cons: Reception not being 24/7 (finishes at midnight though there is an emergency phone number) | Felt too quiet / remote from the action (e.g. shops) and not as safe at night, being in the back streets near university campus| St Marx train station not well serviced (trains every 30 min and not directly connected to Wien Hauptbahnhof)

Staff at the reception desk are very pleasant and efficient and handled my requests promptly without any delay. My only disappointment is that they did not provide shower cap, pen and paper pad which I believe are standard provisions in a hotel.

The place was nice. Mini kitchen. There is no air conditioning or heating of any sort. We were cold September stay so my husband went to reception to ask about heating, the guy on the desk said it’s controlled centrally, how he asked there is no unit or radiator? We were offered blankets. I m all for saving the planet but when a hotel has 1108 rooms at €120 a night is the CEO saving the planet or his pocket.

Lovely stay, very welcoming and friendly. The room was very up to date and exceeded beyond expectations. Would have liked more cleaning and kitchen supplies for the cooking area as it was a self catering room and a long stay. Overall a great place and would stay again.

I booked this hotel very spontaneously, I loved the style in the photos and when I arrived in person it exceeded my expectations. The interior is beautiful and the room was very spacious, including a hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom was lovely, I especially loved the shower area with the jungle theme. I felt very welcomed, the staff were fantastic and friendly. I want to especially thank Marco, he went above and beyond for me. We had really nice chats and he is the sweetest guy. I miss him already!! Overall very nice place to stay in❤️

Most amazing hotel

Weather was super hot , so it made it nice having nice cold aced rooms. The best was super comfortable and the hotel room itself had loads of space and all the amenities to make our stay as amazing as it could. Employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. The whole experience was by far the best we have had. Thank you
