Welcome to Islander 415 - Emerald Sunset Beach Retreat

This comfortable, updated condo is located on Holiday Isle in Destin and boasts amazing views of colorful sunsets and fireworks. Just steps away from the pristine white sands of Destin Beach and within walking distance of the Jetty, O’Steen Beach and Norriego Point, the Islander offers all you are looking for in a vacation resort.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this condo sleeps six and feels like home away from home. The master has a king bed and in suite bath with walk-in shower and a 40” Roku TV, the guest room has two twin beds, 40” Roku TV and access to the hall bath with a tub, the pull out sofa in the living room sleeps two additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen offers the flexibility to make your own meals, a new in-unit washer and dryer makes a quick wash of bathing suits easy and the comfortable living space has a 55” Roku TV, games and puzzles for you to enjoy if you happen to have a rainy day during your stay. The balcony beckons you to relax with your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset at the end of a fun day at the beach.

Whether you are planning a relaxing getaway or are joining in the hustle and bustle of Destin, this condo is for you! Enjoy the beautiful beach, identify a variety of marine life along the coast and jetty, grill on the patio under the gazebo, or take a dip in the two heated pools, and two hot tubs at the resort. This unit is fantastic!

The unit is updated and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and boasts a great view of the sunset and harbor entrance. The walk to the beach is really short and easy. Alan the beach attendant is very friendly and helpful. Can't say anything bad about the unit, it is great. If you are reading reviews and hesitate because of posts related to dryer not working. It has been replaced and works very well.

Amazing Property!

Our stay was amazing and the property was perfect from the pool, the view and easy access to the beach. We stayed on the 4th floor and had an excellent view of the fireworks at night! We will be back for our next Destin trip. Loved it!

Fantastic condo, terrible mattress

The condo was beautiful and well appointed, great location and very pleasant view from the balcony. The property was great with many amenities. But our king size mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We flipped and rotated several times to try getting a good nights sleep with no success. It’s very worn out and really should be replaced. The dryer took a really long time to dry clothes (even just a couple of shirts and a towel) I wish we could have been more rested during our stay.

The condo is nicely updated My only complaint was the twin beds are very squeaky so my son slept on the couch. The King size bed was ok for sleeping for me I guess it depends on how you like your mattress. Other than that we enjoyed the room and property. We will stay again!

Wow! This unit was amazing! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were a little worried about the walk to the beach, but soon found out we were worried for no reason. Our view of the harbor entrance from the balcony was gorgeous. One thing I wish we would have known when we got there was to go down to the beach each morning to reserve your chairs that come with the unit. It’s a first come first serve basis and we didn’t find that out until our third day, but once we figured that out my husband went down around 6-6:30 each morning and took 2 towels to place on each chair. Overall our experience was GREAT and we would definitely try to get this unit again when we stay in Destin.
