The entire building has been updated with the new exterior modern colors, new window and doors, deck coating and handrails, beach boardwalk replacement and complete interior/exterior painting. All structural inspections and upgrades required by Florida laws have been completed.

The unit features 2 flat screen smart tv’s, a walk-out floor to ceiling glass balcony from the living room as well as the bedroom with king bed, comfortable queen size sleeper sofa is also available, 2 separate 1/2 baths that adjoin a separate full size shower/tub with glass doors in separate room. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with both a drip and K-cup style coffee makers. The window view from the kitchen is the eastern view of the beautiful city, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and Mid-Bay bridge. For those who also need to stay in touch with work, a desk with a 27” computer monitor is also available for use with your laptop. Camp chairs for the beach, beach bags and coolers are there and ready for your use.
“On the Beach” and is centrally located in the heart of beautiful downtown Destin. Within a few block you will find amusement parks, restaurants, fast food, fine dining, and everything in between. Great night life, countless malls and some of Destin’s most famous restaurants are only 1 to 15 minutes away.
Watch the harbor fireworks from the your living room, balcony, or king sized bedroom, when available, unsurpassed views of the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets at the beach or at the balcony on the 16th floor.
Guests can use the entire resort. Beach lounges and umbrellas are available for rent from the beach vendor LaDolce Beach Services and can be reserved prior to your stay or booked at the beach services shack on the beach boardwalk.
The front desk is open 24/7 for check in and information. Minor maintenance services can be scheduled with the front desk. Housekeeping is provided by a separate cleaning service. Reach out to the owners via email or telephone with any needs.

Guests will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee for late check out as cleaning staff is independent of the resort’s housekeeping team, and have to travel offsite to other assignments.
Please note: Minimum stay 2 nights is required without prior approval, holiday periods require a 3 nights or longer stay.
The indoor pool’s roof was removed during construction and will be replaced in the 2025/2026 winter season. The smaller pool is heated but will not be covered for the 2026 season.
