The house is a duplex so be respectful of quiet hours when using the rooftop tubs. Share the swimming pool. Don't make others guests uncomfortable.
PLEASE do not overfill the bath tubs. The overflow drains will LEAK into the SHEETROCK below. Please keep the water level below the overflow.
Hot Tub Heat = $100 per stay. Do NOT TOUCH the POOL VALVES or adjust the pool equipment. You will burn up our pumps. You are not a pool technician.

Lots of space and everything you needed. Had a great view of the beach. Close to town and neighborhood quiet. Only downside was the walk to the beach had to walk thru the dunes to get to beach and it was a little bit of a hike, hard for older folks to walk the path. Great property and great communication with host.
