The Bathroom has a Comfort Height Toilet and a Grab Bar in the combination tub/shower. Watch the 44" HD/LCD TV and DVD Player in the Living Area and the 32" HD/LCD TV and DVD Player in the Bedroom. This recently updated unit features 6 panel doors, 18" tile floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath.

Get away

The place was awesome we have stayed there before however the night guard ( Heavy set white man) is extremely rude and disrespectful not only to us but to others as well! He shouldn’t treat people anyway he wants bc he feels like he has some sense of control bc of his job!! There wasn’t a starter pack like with dish soap and things like our last stay and the toilet kept getting clogged. However are overall stay was simply amazing we love coming there!

Love the location

We loved the location, the condo had everything we needed for the whole week. The price was fair. My husband did notice a smell like mold smell but I didn’t so we just used air freshener. The pots were a little old but they did the work. We enjoyed the pavilion so much and there were plenty of grills. We even got to see the dolphins from our balcony and loved it. I would definitely be back.

If you have mold allergies, don’t stay here!

The whole place has mildew issues. The carpet in the hallways and stairs stink real bad. The bedroom odor from the mold was horrible. Will never stay there again.

Perfect location

We loved this condo the only issue we had was the smell of the bedroom area. Smelled like an old moldy house, we bought plug in air fresheners and moved on with our vacation :) The unit location was perfect view and specially garage and elevator!!!

Quick Getaway

Property was perfect for a quick getaway. Located in a quiet little part of town but still close to everything (attractions, food, shopping, etc...) Access to the ocean was very convenient. Will from the security house was awesome. Always flashing a smile. Pool area was okay.
