About our Townhome:

The newest community in Crystal Beach is only 3 blocks from the beautiful Emerald Water! The Crystal Beach access is a short and safe walk through the Crystal Beach neighborhood. We do provide a beach cart for all your beach necessities!

Our home faces the beautiful neighborhood private, resort-style pool and private park, which is great for relaxing under the summer sun.

Tired of the beach? We are only 2 blocks from the Destin Commons Mall which provides shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, a food hall, and more!

If you prefer to stay in for a night we also have a 65” TV in the living room, a 50” TV in the master, and 40” TVs in both guest bedrooms which include access to streaming services (Netflix, etc) to unwind after a full day of adventures/Beach Time.

We have a lot of kid's books, toys, a highchair, kids' dishes, baby gate, sound machine, bathroom stool, and pack-and-play for use during your stay. We ask you to be respectful of these extra amenities and leave them in good condition for the next guest.

We do provide (6) beach towels, a wagon, and an umbrella. We currently have sand toys and chairs for you to use but we ask that you are respectful of these items and return them for the next guest to use. If for some reason they are damaged or lost, please let us know before check-out.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave sheets on bed. Put all towels in the bathtubs. Load and start dishwasher. Dispose of all trash.

Report any damaged, lost, or broken items and place any broken ones on kitchen table for cleaners to replace and dispose of.

Make sure all beach towels are washed, dried and folded before departure to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Beach getaway

Overall great place but had some trouble using code for front door and never received code for pool. Also a lot is expected when checking out even though you pay a cleaning fee and cleaning crew came before checkout time of 10 because some of our party left earlier than others. Biggest complaint is the thermostat couldn’t be controlled. We would have liked it cooler at night when sleeping. No access to the garage and very little beach items for housing 7 people. We couldn’t find what coffee to buy (cups or ground) since it wasn’t listed
