The views and ability to get to the beach were perfect! That’s what I cared about the most! The cleanliness and niceness of the property were not ideal but the views/beach access made up for it 100%.

Love Jetty East and stayed here many years ago but will definitely consider in upcoming trips.

Covered parking, easy beach access, heated pool and hot tub, sun deck and great beach view from our unit. A few minor issues in unit but nothing that interrupted our trip.

Nice Condo with Great Potential

Jetty East Unit 105A was in a very convenient location. Because it was on the first floor, it was easy and quick to get to the beach. The condo is located close to the elevator and close to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. There were some problems with the kitchen. There was only one electrical outlet in a corner that was extremely difficult to reach. There were minimal cooking utensils; for example, there was no spatula. The refrigerator leaks, which causes water to collect and freeze on the top shelf. Before we realized this, some of our food was ruined. No blankets were provided. I expect beach condos to be very basic, but this one needs some work. It is in a great location with an excellent view and has potential.

Excellent Location!

The location felt like you were away from all the hustle and bustle but was only a couple of miles away from everything you need. The condo was small, but adequate for just the two of us and very clean. It was advertised for up to 4 people but that would have been very crowded! The view from our balcony was amazing and we were only steps away from the pool and the beach! Security of the property was excellent.. The elevators are very small and extremely hot! Also, we were told that activities at the pavilion were listed in the elevators but this was not the case the entire time we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful beach

Beautiful beach and wonderful staff. Wish owners would have provided any kind of cleaner for condo. Make sure to bring your own. Pull out is made for someone under 40 lbs. mattress was terrible. Would be wonderful for 2 but this unit is not for 4.

So clean!!

For this price you can’t beat it! View was good from the room! Small space but CLEAN. Fit our family of 4 just fine. We don’t stay in the condo much at all when we are at a beach so this did the job! Such a short walk for the kids to the sand! Prime location, and fun! We enjoyed our stay.

The Caribbean experience, closer to home.

This location was amazing - on a stretch of clear, calm water and white powder sand. We’ve never seen beaches like this except in the Caribbean. Plus it’s close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and water activities at the marina. The unit was not fancy, but nicely furnished and very functional. The staff at Jetty East were super friendly and we loved that it was a gated community with security. Great vacation! We will back.
