Sitting on the fourteenth floor, West 1403 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 1403 is vacationing on the Emerald Coast at its finest!

West 1403 offers an inviting open-concept living area with the TV positioned on the north wall, giving you plenty of seating for your entire party. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances and has been reconfigured to provide extra counter space. This included a full-range oven, refrigerator, and microwave. All the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together is included as well. With this condo being fully remodeled, it now features brand new flooring throughout the entire condo and shiplap walls in the dining and kitchen area.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination also newly remodeled. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the greater Destin area. The unit was exactly as pictured..great location easy access to unit and free parking is a plus! The unit was stocked with enough towels and kitchen utensils but didn't have any wine or champagne glasses. I will definitely stay again. Thanks gor being a great host!

Beautiful condo!

We stayed for a week over spring break, and this condo was perfect for our family! We had so much space, everything was clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony in the early morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins swim by. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

This condo was even more beautiful in person. No corners were cut-it was thoroughly clean and had all the little things that made our stay homey & comfortable. Plenty of towels which was so nice for the 5 of us. The quality of the condo was top notch. And PERFECT location. We took the elevator right down to the main floor which goes out into the pool then directly on the beach. Great flow for a family with kiddos. The beach was always clean too & kind service throughout the whole condo. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful condo, super fun layout, super cute decor, not as clean as our standards, but that goes on the cleaning company for the property. Plenty of linens for all 6 of us. Beds were good quality. The balcony and view were top notch. I wished there was a pool side refreshment place. Beach chair service is non refundable no matter what and they were a 3rd party company that was hard to deal with. Parking garage is super tight. Location in Destin was superb!

Absolutely incredible place!

We went to Destin for the first time and stayed for a week. We are from California and weren’t sure what to expect , but that place was absolutely stunning. The beaches are great and the ocean was Hawaii warm. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and the place was awesome . It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. Everything was modern and seemed new inside. The views of the ocean and sunset from the balcony were awesome as well. Checking into the resort was a breeze and we really didn’t have a single negative experience the entire time we were there which is actually rare these days as it seems a lot of places have been cutting corners for staffing issues and what not , but silver beach towers was very well taken care of and had everything you’d need for a fantastic vacation. We will definitely be back
