Unit was well stocked and clean. Our biggest complaint was that they were doing a scheduled beach restoration (out of the hands of the host), but this was not communicated until 2 hours before check-in. We lost any beach access for 2 full days, and equipment ran 24 hours a day during our stay. We had beach access at another condo facility and had to travel for that, which defeated the purpose of renting beachfront! The view from the condo would have been amazing otherwise! No pricing adjustment was made for this issue, which was very disappointing.

Fabulous views, great property

The rental had been updated recently based off what previous reviews said. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. The view from the patio was amazing and hearing the waves crashing was one of my favorite things. While it was windy one day, the pool and beach were great. Loved the chair/umbrella service and the beach toys left in the closet. My son loved the pool and father-in-law said the gym was great. The jetties being close was a trip down memory lane for my brother-in-law. There were a few things that needed repair but nothing major. We had one issue that we called maintenance for and they were very quick to respond and professional. Only downside was the pots and pans - I don't know why the owners don't invest in better quality, non-stick pans. I will definitely come back with the family to this location in the future.

Everything was excellent except that the person who checked us in would not guarantee that we would have a parking place for both vehicles. I checked this online before taking 2 cars. She stated we would have to park one of the cars a block away. This was not acceptable. Thankfully the gentleman helping her went out and found a spot for both vehicles.
