Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay! Perfect room, perfect view! Only complaints, the king bed is hard. They also say beach chairs can’t be reserved until 9 am, but people are down at the beach claiming chairs at 7:30.

Cozy Condo
The condo has a great view. It’s located close to the stairs so we were a few steps from our vehicle. Since we stayed during the winter, we spent more time in the room than usual. Loved having multiple TVs and WiFi access. The beach was great. Temps were in high 60s and low 70s. Beach was not crowded and we even swam a little in the ocean. Also, the pool is heated. We’ve stayed there 3 times. Going back next year!

Great stay!
We arrived and check in was very easy. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were clean. There is only one elevator but we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Great place and would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. Great time!
The property and room was nice. Upon arrival we had to pay an extra $30 fee because apparently VRBO and Holiday Surf & Raquet Club had some accounting issues. So we had to pay an extra $30 for the insurance that we had already paid upfront. Also we had problem with was the internet. It was not working very well. Had a hard time connecting and the signal was very week. Overall good experience.

Where’s the beach?
Nice condo, beautiful view. Only two problems, distance to elevator for my bad knees, and Mother Nature post storm surge, took away a lot of the beach. The wooden walkway to the beach is an older picture, no longer that long and less beach. Otherwise, management/front desk available 24 hours a day, safe, secure. Free DVDs and beach chairs and umbrella are a plus. Would stay there again.
