Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use March 1st to October 31st for short term rentals. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen that also includes a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The living/dining room offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great location!

Condo just as listed. Very clean, updated, and property management is helpful, friendly, and readily available. This specific condo is right beside the beach access stairway, and we loved it! Perfect for my family of 4.

Nice building with only two floors of condo units. Great location close to an abundance of good restaurants. Unit #108 was picked by us because we loathe carper floors in vacation rentals and this unit is entirely tiled. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was fine for our needs. This unit is also far away from the waterside pool if quiet is important to you.

Lovely location, accommodation, and staff!

This was such a great find for us over Spring Break! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. The beach was steps from the door and the view from the balcony was gorgeous! The unit comes with two chairs and beach service. This unit was right by the elevator and the breezeway leading to the beach, making access to the beach and our car very convenient! Also, the Seafarer was so quiet!! Surprisingly quiet since there is a hotel across the street and condos on either side. Everyone that worked there was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had. Absolutely loved our stay here!!
