"This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The front ‘desk’ is only open from 2pm to 10pm - just one very rude man hanging out key cards and unable/refusing to answer questions. For example the couple checking in before us asked where ‘old town Koblenz’ was, he answered, ‘dunno, I’m not ..."
