The room was clean, spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and accommodated our late arrival. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing. The breakfast was a good start to the day with cheese omelette, cereals, bread, yogurt and fruit.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Mineral pools were amazing! Impressed that the buffet breakfast included decent hot food as well as the usual range of cereals and fruits. Very relaxing stay.

First room smelled like smoke and the door didn’t close properly and wouldn’t lock. They moved us to a different room which was much better. Then the unreal happened, NO HOT WATER!! 2 days we couldn’t take a shower and the front desk apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Offered us a 20% discount off 1 day. Never actually gave us the refund even though they stated they would. 2 things you should get when staying at a hotel a safe place to sleep and a place to clean such as a shower. I called a few days after our stay to get a refund and they still haven’t responded back. It’s been 10 days.

Stayed 9 days and sheets were never changed. Cleaning rooms daily was not their priority. Continental breakfast was only half way decent with other patrons even though we were charged for the same experience room smelled like dog.
