Charged for days I didn’t stay after checkout.

They are terrible when it comes to customer service. They didn’t have the room we booked so they gave us separate room. As our flight was delayed we checked in quite late and left before time. After few days they booked a room on my name and checked out though I am not in town using my cc without even asking me. I just kept getting email regarding I check in and check out and someone from their hotel were doing so. When I called and asked they were so unhelpful I used to be on call for hours to get my refund. It took me multiple days I had to fight for the extra incorrect charges they put on my card. Be very careful with them. Make sure you talk to them properly confirming if the are checking you out and how many days they are charging and if possible get a receipt for yourself.
