Lobby was nicely updated but elevators and rooms are dated and worn. Half the plugs and USB ports don’t work. Tubs are small and drip. Needs some investment. Maybe 3 stars at best. Not 4.

The overall stay was enjoyable. Staff, hotel restaurant staff was amazing. House keeping was a different experience. Knocking on the door starting at 7:45am, again at 8:22am opening the door to peak in to see if we were in the room. Again at 9:30am letting themselves in to ask if we were checking out. Very uncomfortable and awkward situation knowing that the hotel check out time was 12pm noon. Made a complaint and spoke with front desk and the manager, Kody Kunkle. We were not the only guest this happen to, finding out this happened to another guest that was at the front desk to check out. I was in room 717 5.15-5.16.2025 and the other guest was in the 8th floor. This is an issue that needs to be addressed with house keeping.
