Great location close to Larimer Square, the Cherry Creek Trail, and a short walk to Union Station in one direction and the Convention Center in the other. Nice sunny breakfast area and a serviceable workout space. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was sub par for a chain that promotes a above average experience. We stayed for 6 days and was the same every day. 2 items ..scrabbled eggs a meat. No bread, sweet rolls or coffee left out in the evenings. Much lesser chains do a better job

Parking is a scam at $52 a day. It is advertised that there is valet parking is available, where it should read that valet parking is the only form of parking at all. Very confusing and deceiving for a Marriott.
