Room was large, clean, stylish and well located. You are next door to Whole Foods for all kinds of foods for any meal. Plus you are a two minute walk to union station if you are taking the train to the airport. Highly recommend this caring and helpful staff and outstanding place to stay.

The amenities were an extreme disappointment. We specifically looked for a long time to find a hotel with a Hot Tub. We used the filter and found this hotel, we fell in love with the photos. We booked the hotel and arrived extremely late. The parking lot cost was not disclosed anywhere on the listing when booking the hotel. The price of parking was extremely high as well. Upon arrival we weren’t even told about the spa being closed until a conversation between my partner sparked the ‘mention’ of the spa is closed. It being late and unable to change reservation plans after a long day of travel we decided to just wait and enjoy what we did receive. After a long day of driving and hiking we were extremely excited to arrive at a hotel with a spa. I am still extremely disappointed in Expedia and the hotel.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! BED BUGS -About 2 days after leaving my kids both broke out in an itchy rash that correlated with bed bugs. They were the only two to sleep in the room and that was the only time they were together. The biggest problem is really not in the bed bugs. I know that seems strange, but things happen and we could have gotten through that and still had an overall mostly positive experience. It was how poorly it was handled and why I am urging anyone to beware of staying here for long term or short term... THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called immediately and was told a manager would call me back. I heard nothing. In the meantime as I have heard nothing back, we are frantically deep cleaning two locations. I call back 1 week later as I had received no follow up and again the front desk says, they will let a manager know and they will make sure they get back to me. Nothing. I wait about 4 days and call back and insist to speak to someone. I speak with a manager (Traci) and she is less than sympathetic or concerned. She says they have never had bed bugs. She asks me to send her images and that they will investigate the room and get right back to me. After not hearing back again after 4 days, I call/email. She simply says sorry, it slipped her mind, and that was it. Nothing! I cannot believe the poor customer service. BBB rated F. I don't think anyone in that facility would care about any wrong doing or mishap. Don't trust these people!

I love staying at this property. It’s clean, convenient & truly feels like home. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Whole Foods is downstairs. Very walkable and close to everything. It’s great to be able to have the option to wash clothes and to cook. Did not use the pool/hot tub this stay, but they were great during my last visit. Property also has great amenities

The property is well kept and pretty and the room was clean. The logistics of checking in and parking were stressful. You have to download an app to get a parking spot. Also, if you like sleeping with background TV noise, be warned…. There is no television in the separate sleeping area.

I stayed for 3 nights for a solo getaway. I got a studio and it was more than enough space. The apartment was clean. I utilized the gym while I was there which was well equipped. I loved the rooftop pool area and the fire pits. There were so many nice areas to sit outside in different courtyards. I would definitely come back. The staff was helpful and you could just text them with any concerns. There wasn’t a television in the sleeping area, which wasn’t an issue for me, but just something to be aware of.
