Parking out front is limited, but we were lucky enough to find a spot when we needed to unload. Check-in was fine, but the first thing that stood out once we got to the room was the cleanliness, or lack of it. There were wrappers left on the floor, which made it feel like housekeeping had rushed or skipped over details.
The room itself was considered an upgrade, though the only difference seemed to be extra space. Unfortunately, it felt a bit awkward since there wasn’t much furniture to fill it. More counter space or a couple of additional pieces would have made it more comfortable. That said, the bathroom and shower were definitely the highlight - modern and spacious.
We also tried the on-site lounge during our stay, but the service there was underwhelming. Staff seemed to pay more attention to certain guests, which left the rest of us feeling overlooked. A small perk is the warm cookies and cold milk they put out in the evening, but I’d suggest grabbing them early since not everyone uses the tongs provided. :/
Overall, the stay had some nice touches, but the basics - cleanliness, consistent service, and thoughtful room setup - fell short of expectations.
