Friendly place

The staff was amazing.We got in early and Asked if we could Check in early and the front desk clerk Help us so much and Got us in early. The beds and the bathroom were clean it It did smell nice. It is a Is pet friendly place so There seems to be a lot of pets. The carpet had a few stains but there was no odor.

On the second day of our stay our door would not unlock. The manager tried using his pass key with no success. The maintenance man came right away, even though he was through with his shift for the day and obviously tired. He was very accommodating and replaced the lock in about 15 minutes.

It was awesome! Clean and quiet. Only issue was no ice in the ice machine on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor was out of service and went down to 1st before there was ice at 11 pm.
