Room only had 2 towels for four people. Asked staff for extras and they never gave us any. Tub ran all night, and couldn't be shut off all the way. Shower head was broke. Coffee maker was extremely dirty and still couldn't be user after running water through it 5 times. Parking lot is destroyed.

Es más un motel que un hotel, tiene potencial para convertirse en un lindo lugar pero a nadie parece importarle. Los alrededores, escaleras, estacionamiento y pasillos se encuentran en pésimas condiciones, sucios y llenos de basura. La bañera de mi cuarto se tapó y no aparecía nadie que pudiera destaparla. La propiedad es abierta lo que no me gustó, y preocupó bastante, ya que viajaba sola y en época de nieve. En dos ocasiones la alarma de fuego sonó a las 5:00 de la mañana, cuando pregunté me dijeron que a veces sonaba cuando preparaban el desayuno, en serio ? Como punto positivo puedo decir que el cuarto era espacioso y cómodo. Algunas de las chicas de recepción fueron atentas y amables, fuera de eso tienen muchisimo por mejorar.

I normally don’t do reviews but geez this place was below average and pictures do not match the booking website. My first room given had someone sleeping in it which seems like a bum broke in and took over. Rush to the front to alert the clerk, she was surprised and called the cops. 2nd room given was completely dirty and had weird strong oder so had to ask clerk to change it because it started giving me a headache. 3rd room was decent to say the least compared to my other 2 experiences. I’m not sure how this place manages to stay open with the way rooms are kept, definitely in need of upgrades. I guess you get what you pay for but wow was just in shock at this La Quinta’s condition. Definitely do not recommend. Found other reviews after expressing the same treatment.
