We have been to Teatro at least 10 times. The room this time was sub par, the view was terrible, and the tv was falling off the wall. In addition, the new food/restaurant format is confusing and the Nickel restaurant selections aren't nearly as good as before. The valet service was also very behind at check in, and check out. The food was good, however. Jist confused as to why all the changes as it was great before.

while my stay occurred during a winter storm, ; it was ridiculous that the room barely was 60 degrees dueing the night. I was told that all rooms had the same issue; I was provided with a space heater, which brought temperatures to the mid sixties - still not acceptable. I did not have many options to move or change hotels…. However a hotel in Denver , CO should have a finctioning heating system

Heat did not work the day we checked-in. They didn’t have any available rooms to move us to, but they gave a space heater which heated the room nicely and they moved us the next day. And gave us a discount on the accommodations for the trouble. The staff was very nice and accommodating and went out of their way to make things right.
