I paid for two rooms, checked in on time, got keys for both rooms but one wasn’t ready yet. we put our luggages in and the available room and left for dinner made back to the hotel appx 20:00 hrs and the room still not available. we found out later that the room were issued to someone else and we ended up with smaller suite and smaller room for what I paid for. The front desk clerk very helpful but so far nothing from the manager
