The room was fine. The problem was that there was major demolition in the upper room(s) with jackhammers and other major equipment. I booked the room as nonrefundable so I couldn't move. When I checked in hoping to work in the room before dinner, the jackhammers were so loud that I couldn't stay in the room. I went to the lobby to get away from the noise and asked when it would stop. They said by 3 pm. 3 pm came and went. Finally the jackhammers stopped, but other equipment continued until after 5 pm. I finally got to sleep and, as I was over the lobby, the music came through the floor. I got VERY little sleep. I have stayed at this hotel several times and probably will not stay there again. When I talked to the receptionist, she said "thank you for telling me" and there was no other consideration. I am angry and frustrated. At least give me my money back!!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, but on the old side and not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns we've stayed at recently. Nothing bad, just dated; pillows a bit skimpy, sheets and towels well-worn. Walls quite thin (could hear the TV next door). Staff were very friendly, Decent value for the price.

Average. This is an older hotel. Breakfast was not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. I feel this loavation does not live up to the Hampton Inn brand

The night clerk was friendly but didn't know where the items for guests with no luggage were kept. I was able to secure those items in the morning. The room I was given was handicap accessible but the shower wand did not work. Also, the tv remote would only work at about 2 ft in front of the tv.
