Excellent two night stay. Shuttle bus to and from airport was great. We used this to return to airport and took the train into Denver on our first day. So easy and cheap too. We grabbed a quick bite when we arrived this was ok. Not too much choice. Lovely size room with huge shower.

Pool is out of service and the hot tub is drained completely. False advertising, I would not have booked at this location had I known. Food was average, not very good, and our windows were dirty upon check in. During your stay bird feces covered our windows. Nice sized room is the only positive. Check in receptionist need further training. Also you should let the guest know of the parking fee and $150 deposit before arrival. Some people may not have it, my family is fortunate to be so blessed. Wouldn’t stay here again. Sub par experience.

If taking the shuttle it only picks up on the west side and even when we called to check on the shuttle was never told this till our second call to the hotel. Communication is very important. We also stayed here for the pool and it was closed!

Sadly, there was a charge for parking in the hotel lot (seems like it should come w/ the room). Worse though was that the parking fee could not be added to the bill and had to be paid separately by an app! If not changed, I will chose another hotel in the vicinity that is more visitor friendly.

Charging for parking at a facility like this is terrible policy. Plus, they don’t even address it at the front desk. You only find out by reading signs or getting tickets on your car. Penny-pinching policy at its worst for a suburban airport hotel where the parking used to be free. That’s a terrible value.

Diana was friendly and helpful at check in. Clean big room. Lots of space. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery. Hovely was friendly and quickly served us in the restaurant. There is a convenience store nearby. Would stay there again.

The TV never worked, the hot tub was broken, the breakfast was TERRIBLE (eggs undercooked, boiled eggs were room temp, waffles pasty) and you had to pay for parking (ridiculous at an airport hotel). The lamp didn't allow my phone to charge properly either. Would not recommend.
