A lovely little hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The gardens we're well maintained, and the buffet breakfast was tasty. The pool area has been developed but the pool itself seems to need further cleaning

The hotel is nice, greeted with warm smiles. The gardens are lovely, Our room was big and clean and the hotel is in a great location, near ICON but still quiet. The breakfast buffet was ok and some staff were friendly. The pool area is a little run down and the pool was always murky with tiles missing off the floor. We saw a snake in the dining area but staff didn't seem to bothered by it or by even seeing where it went, which was unsettling..

This was our 2nd stay here in a bungalow. The property is right by the beach & has beautiful well kept gardens. The pool is small but most people use the sun loungers on the beach. The bungalows are clean & ccomfortable with all the amenities you need. The breakfast buffet has tasty options & all the restaurant food we tried was delicious. The staff are all friendly & helpful.

Top stay in North Sanur

Let's start with the only negative, and it has nothing to do with the hotel: on the north side of the property is the new mall, Icon. On weekends, It's management allows live performances with VERY LOUD music on the outdoor stage. This is noise pollution not fitting the quiet area of Sanur. A petition should be raised to stop this nonsense. Now to the positives: All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to assist. Our room upstairs (215) was very clean and serviced daily. The gardens look immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The cooked section changed the selection daily, egg-station was brilliant, fruit juice and fresh fruits and even croissants and muffins. The beach was clean with plenty of deckchairs with umbrellas. The pool is on the smaller side, but sufficient considering the beach just across the foot path. We can definitely recommend Respati Beach Hotel.

Om beach and next to icon mall. Hotel is old. No elevator. Breakfast is ok until 3rd day when i got tited of it. Reception annoying. Hotel room more expensive booking directly

Respati Hotel in Sanur is in a fantastic location, perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, the dentist and the Icon Mall. The gardens are beautifully maintained and while the pool is small with no shade, it’s easy to access, with four cabanas and plenty of towels available. Breakfast is basic, with an extra charge for a cappuccino. Our second floor room was comfortable, though the bathroom felt dated, with a noticeable crack in the hand basin. The balcony was small but practical. Staff were attentive and even went above and beyond for our anniversary. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay was had and we would stay again.
