Located on the slopes of Montgó in Denia, this welcoming villa offers 220 m² of space for up to 10 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms—2 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs—a spacious, bright living room on the first floor with Montgó views and another lounge on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The main kitchen includes a dishwasher. There are 2 large covered terraces on the ground floor overlooking the garden, 2 terraces in the upstairs apartment with Montgó views, and a small attic terrace by the bedroom with sea views.



The villa features Wi-Fi throughout, TV, washing machine, dryer, heating, air conditioning in the attic bedroom and living rooms, and fans in the other bedrooms.



Outdoors, you can relax in the garden with Montgó views, enjoy the pool, or simply unwind. The barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dining. The cozy setting will make you feel at home.



Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Self check-in is possible for your convenience. High chair and cot are available on request. Events and parties are not allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Italy. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with family. The pool was absolutely wonderful, and even on very hot days there were plenty of shaded outdoor areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.The location felt safe, quiet, and very pleasant, while still being convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Denia.

Pros: Everything was nearby. Shops, village, Denia, market and lovely beaches only about a 15.to 20 minutes drive! The pool was fantastic for the kids and yes also us adults loved it. The deckchairs were very comfotable. And everything was there. Did not miss anything!! Cons: The only thing we missed were comfortable seating places inside. There was 1 couch for 3 people and a chaise longue which was a bit of a stand in the way. Moving an empty cubbard and adding another couch so you can sit at least with 6 people would make it way more comfortable! And would create a cosy seating area. There was a neighbour dog barking a lot which was sometimes a bit annoying but not something to not want to come back again. We would book this house again in an instant.
