This beautiful property is located in the most beautiful residential area of ​​Dénia (MARQUESA VI) on the heights of Montgo with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. A private swimming pool in a beautiful garden of 1000 m² with trees surrounds the villa.

It has 2 air conditioned double bedrooms with wardrobes and wardrobes 2 bathrooms. A cot is available.

The villa is beautiful, very clean. All the decoration is up to date and everything we needed. The gardens are lovely with lemon and fig trees. Chantal met us at the property and showed us around. We had a great week.

A house with a view

We spent our summer vacations in this beautiful house, and had a fantastic experience from the first moment to the last. Our girls jumped in the pool the moment we got to the house and we had our first dinner looking over the Mediterranean sea from the outdoors dinner table, which is perfectly placed to look over the pool (while the little ones are taking a swim) at the same time. The house has a very nice and well kept garden while looking up, we had a view over the Montgó mountain. The house is well equipped and we did not really lack anything during our 10 day stay. We liked the area, Denia and surroundings, too and all in all enjoyed our vacations there very much. Many thanks to our hosts, Lorenzo and family for our time there.

Se trata de una bonita y cuidada propiedad para disfrutar de una autentica tranquilidad dado que está ubicada en una zona de poco tránsito con unas buenas vistas tanto del mar como de la montaña. Destinada eminentemente a ser disfrutada en su exterior tanto por su bonita piscina como por su terraza y diferentes zonas con sillas, mesas y tumbonas, la constante brisa hace muy llevaderos los días de calor.
