Gestion de l'hébergement déplorable

Location géré par Novasol à fuir absolument, une catastrophe... remise des clés 3h après l'heure prévue et fait par la femme de ménage et SÉQUESTRATION (+ de 1h) lors de la remise des clés pour le départ, car nous avons constaté la somme restant dû sur les frais annexes (eau et électriques) et que nous avions déjà déposé 210€ à l'arrivée et aucune écoute possible avec HDS (NOVASOL)
