For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with plants and trees, natural garden (fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-23:00). Outdoor shower. Shop 850 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 280 m, bar 240 m, café 280 m, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 3.5 km, marina 3.5 km, surf school 2.6 km, sailing school 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
