DENIA, bungalow at ground level next to the garden on the slope of the Montgó Natural Park, the most exclusive location. This beautiful bungalow is located in a private urbanization of only 8 homes with a pool, gardens, and barbecue, with parking at the door. The bungalow was completely renovated and furnished in 2019 and is distributed in a large living room with a fireplace and dining area with direct access to the porch-garden, pool, and barbecue. There is a bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed and another room with a bunk bed, 1.35 m below and 0.90 m above; both the living room and the bedrooms have plasma TVs. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, and all kinds of small appliances, tableware, and glassware. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and part of the garden. The fine sandy beach is just a 5-minute drive away (there are no parking problems at the beaches of Dénia). Bars and restaurants are just 2 minutes away by car and 3 large supermarkets are a 4-minute drive, as well as the center 5 minutes from the city of Dénia. Garden furniture (umbrella, chairs, table). El bungaló es muy bonito, está en auto a unos 10 minutos de la ciudad de Dénia subiendo por la montaña. El lugar es muy tranquilo para quien le gusta estar apartado del bullicio. Estuve un poco cálido dentro ya que por los mosquitos teníamos que cerrar las puertas, y las ventanas que no tenían mosquitero. Salvo el piso de la casa, que tuvimos que limpiar a la llegada, el resto estaba muy limpio.
