** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the

endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is

required at check-in.



** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline

community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse,

tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not

attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which

our Guests are responsible.



Snowline Cabin #62 - Upscale Roughing It!

Your family will be delighted by this newly restyled 2-story, 3-bedroom,

2-bath luxury vacation home. From the opulent master bathroom to the high-end

fixtures to the fresh and modern color palate, you're in for great lasting

memories of a vacation well spent! The first floor features an open floor plan

living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround

sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table,

and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a

full-size washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an en-suite

master bathroom with a two-compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a

separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin

and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom

with 1-king-sized bed, another bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, and one full

bathroom. Outside the rear entrance is a new composite deck with a hot tub and

outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) family

vacation home will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).



Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest,

close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area

rich in history.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER

Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Remember your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
