Stay away! Pathetic experience. Firstly the room was not ready, so they moved me to a building next to this booked residency. That building was literally a broken building with rooms. I had no choice, but to stay as already exhausted from travel. My room had no keys so then they again moved me to another "spare" room. In the evening the Room got locked out and the keys won't work. Even maintenance guy could not open it and I was left outside for 45mins. Maintenance guy they told me this building no one ever comes and someone was locked out previous week as well. I was told to exit from the bathroom side door and not use main door. This is a nightmare situation any guest should not go through. At check-in I specifically told to make sure to give a proper room. Only charging money without any proper care for guests.
