Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff - the rooms are a little dated and tired so could do with a bit of a revamp Grouting on bathrooms getting dirty also

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Impressive grand lobby but spacious rooms don't match in quality with a musty smell and lack of modern design. Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at Grand Hyatt nearby for the 5 star feel.
