Pleasant experience.

Check in was easy and problem free. Receptionist was friendly. We had a call from the front desk about 15 mins after getting to the room to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel is in a nice area. The girl at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Sadly, our room had a bug problem. We noticed a large roach as soon as we opened the door. We killed it and understood that we are in a coastal area and sometimes it is unpreventable. However we soon noticed MANY little bugs crawling from under the desk and refrigerator. We immediately checked out and found another place to stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Cleanliness, But Comfortable Beds

I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The vent in the room was full of dust, the hair dryer had hair on it, and there was noticeable dust on multiple surfaces. The hallways also looked unkempt. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. Definitely expected better upkeep.

Clean and comfortable, but be careful!

The room was clean and comfortable. We were given an handicap accessible room, although we did not request it. That's fine, except it was not a safe place for anyone with any mobility issues. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, the floor of which was extremely slippery. My husband fell and hit his head on the grab bar. Fortunately he is in good physical shape and had no problem getting up, but a person with a disability could have been seriously hurt. The tile floor outside the shower also became extremely slippery with any moisture on it, which is inevitable with that roll-in setup. We reported it to the front desk, and the gentleman there seemed concerned, so hopefully they will remedy the situation promptly.

Passing through on way to keys. This is the second time staying here. Very convenient place and good price. The only thing that’s not the hotel’s fault . The hall way stuck from someone smoking skunk weed. I think you should do something about that.
