Great Staff… Katelyn was warm welcoming and made every effort to see that me, my wife, our dog, and bird was welcome and felt like home…. The manager was very professional and looked out for our best interests without us even having to ask.

The beds! It was like sleeping on plywood. Very uncomfortable. Put more coffee in the room when you know a guest is staying more than one night. We were in a room that sleeps four and were only given coffee for 2 services. That's one cup per adult. And there were only two wash cloths and two hand towels - in a room for 4 people!

Always a great stay I won't stay at any other property in pullman. The rates are so fair and the quality of the accommodations are top notch. Everything is always so clean the employees are always so friendly and hard-working. Breakfast is super appreciated and the view is beautiful in the dining area.

Everything!!! Staff was extremely unfriendly, we called they said they had roll away beds because we had 2 teens that needed seperate beds we get there they didn not forcing us to buy 2 rooms for teenagers so the parents had to split up with teens and family was seperate! There was only lotion in my room no shampoo, the floors were gross! The breakfast was Okay but the employees again were rude! They offer a pool and hot tub but did not have it noted everything was broken so the pool was Beyond freezing and unusable and the hot tub was a mini cold pool as they posted it as it was “funny”

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Either the people in the rooms next to us were really loud, or the walls were really thin. They’d do their guests a huge benefit by finding a way to soundproof the rooms a bit more. But, we’d stay here again.

When you are used to a certain level of 3 star hotel with some of the other major brands like Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, this was a let down. The most disappointing aspect was the quality of the breakfast. None of the basic normal protein options you would expect such as scrambled eggs or sausages etc. Rooms were dated, lighting was poor, in room decor and furniture was sub par, In my opinion some 2 star hotels do a much better job. This shouldn’t be advertised as a 3 and 1/2 star hotel!

Things went down very fast. Bathroom door would not close, lamp between beds would not turn on, toilet kept running. Had issues with the TV right away. Once on we could not figure out where to find a guide. Im very savvy with my apps and Direct TV. I some how got to a very weird guide. But it was useless, you couldn't scroll to the right to check out what will be on later and you had to fastly write down the channel u want to watch and the time. I found a channel list on the desk that had channels in numeric order Which is of no use. I tried clicking on the App choices. I have atleast 5 of the ones on the screen. It was impossable to sign into them, every time I got a message that asked me to inter a 4 digit code. After 1.3 hours I then tried to call the front desk. Another big failure. The phones had white paper in-between the buttons but had nothing to identify which was the desk. So i pressed 0 it rang for 10 minutes. I tried out several different numbers. I had my husband go to the front desk and call our room. I first asked what was the 4 digit number ineeded so I can watch my apps. She told me the manager chose to disclose that option as guests would forget to log out of there apps. I replied that in this electronic age most motels have a app dump at check out. I also asked about their guide issues. She said she would have someone bring me one. I told her i have one and its useless, I said look at yours and tell me what time and what station is Hells Kitchen is on
